Privacy
Effective August 30, 2026
Push SB is designed to be played without creating an account or providing personal information. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Push SB mobile application.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Push SB mobile game for iOS and Android, developed and published by Timothy Misagal.
It does not cover the practices of Apple, Google, Unity or other third-party platforms operating under their own privacy policies.
Information You Provide
Push SB does not require players to create an account, select a username, or provide a name, email address or other contact information within the app.
If you voluntarily contact support by email, the developer will receive your email address and any information you include in your message. This information is used only to respond to the request, investigate the reported issue and provide support.
Information Not Requested by Push SB
Push SB does not request access to or directly collect:
- Your name or email address through the app.
- Precise or approximate location.
- Camera or microphone data.
- Photos or media stored on your device.
- Contacts or address-book information.
- Chat messages or voice communications.
- User-submitted photos, videos or other content.
Local Game Data
Game progress, preferences and related save information are stored locally on the player’s device. Push SB does not currently provide account-based or cloud-based save storage.
Local data may be lost if the app is deleted, the device is reset or the device’s storage is cleared. Players should avoid uninstalling the app as a troubleshooting step unless they understand that local progress may be removed.
Online Multiplayer
Online multiplayer requires network communication between the app and the services used to establish and maintain a multiplayer session. Technical session information and gameplay data may be transmitted temporarily as needed to operate online play.
Push SB does not include visible player usernames, text chat, voice chat or user-generated content. The developer does not use multiplayer session information to directly identify players.
Crash and Performance Diagnostics
On Android, Google Play and Android platform services may process crash and performance information and make diagnostic reports available to the developer through Google Play Console.
Depending on platform settings, diagnostic reports may include technical information such as the device model, operating-system version, app version, crash type and related technical logs.
On Apple devices, Apple may process and provide crash or diagnostic information according to the user’s device privacy and analytics settings. Push SB does not use a separate third-party crash-reporting service on iOS.
Unity
Push SB is developed using the Unity game engine. Unity technology and any enabled Unity services may process limited technical, diagnostic, installation or session information necessary to provide, secure and improve those services.
Unity’s handling of information is governed by its Game Player and App User Privacy Policy .
Advertising and Tracking
Push SB does not display third-party advertising and does not include advertising SDKs. The developer does not use app information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
Purchases
The initial purchase and download of Push SB are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The developer does not receive complete payment-card information from these platforms.
Push SB does not currently offer in-app purchases. If in-app purchases are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe any related data practices.
Sharing and Selling Information
The developer does not sell or rent players’ personal information. Information may be processed by Apple, Google or Unity when necessary to distribute the app, process purchases, provide multiplayer functionality or deliver platform diagnostics.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law, legal process or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety and security of players, the developer or others.
Data Retention
Locally stored game progress remains on the device until it is removed by the player, the operating system or the deletion of the app.
Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, document the issue and improve support. Platform and Unity diagnostic information is retained according to the policies and settings of the applicable service.
Children’s Privacy
Push SB is rated 4+ on the Apple App Store and Everyone on Google Play. The app does not require accounts, visible usernames, chat, voice communication or the direct submission of personal information.
The developer does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information through a support request may contact the developer to request its deletion.
Your Choices
Players can remove locally stored Push SB information by deleting the app, although doing so may permanently delete locally saved progress.
Diagnostic and analytics-sharing preferences can also be managed through the privacy settings provided by the player’s Apple or Android device.
Questions or requests concerning information submitted through support can be sent to the contact email below.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when Push SB adds or changes features, services or data practices. The effective date shown at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
